The Oxossi group was born in the late 1960s in Salvador De Bahia with Mestre Indio do Mercado Modelo da Bahia and arrived in Milan in November 2007 thanks to Mestre Tarzam. The style of the Oxossi group has its roots in the capoeira De Rua or "street", born in Salvador De Bahia and which has maintained the foundations of the struggle and the cultural facets of primordial capoeira adapting it to street life.
Group workouts allow you to improve your fitness with stretching, flexibility and motor coordination exercises as well as with strokes and movements characteristic of capoeira. Everything takes place accompanied by Brazilian music rhythms, percussion and the sound of berimbao, the typical instrument of capoeira.
