Capoeira School Semente was founded by Contramestre Lisette in 2003 in Haarlem. Capoeira School Semente is a warm, open and friendly group. New students are quickly admitted and helped by everyone. The struggle for physical and mental freedom is one of the foundations within the Capoeira and therefore also within Capoeira School Semente.
